Workforce Dimensions™ Go-Live!

Allegiance Health Management (AHM) is a quality health system based in Shreveport, LA, with a network of 14 locations and over 1,800 healthcare professionals. We are thrilled to announce that AHM officially reached go-live with their new Kronos Workforce Dimensions™ HCM solution. This engagement illustrates the strength of the partnership between the Kronos and Presence of IT teams from the sales cycle, throughout the implementation, leading to the successful deployment of the solution. Faced with a highly expedited timeline to go-live, our teams worked closely together and were committed to meeting Allegiance's steadfast objective of August 1, 2018 - and we did it!

Here's the story...

AHM, a longtime Workforce Central® (WFC) user, became faced with a significant challenge due to the change in business ownership. They needed to upgrade their old WFC data, build out new WFC timekeeping rules, build a new Workforce Dimensions based HR and Payroll solution, integrate the two solutions, and then roll them out successfully in less than 60 business days.

Presence of IT, always ready for a challenge, worked closely with the Kronos sales team to provide pre-sales support to close the business. The two teams then went straight to work on the detail of how this vision, something that had never been achieved before, could be brought to life, and delivered, meeting the client's requirements while providing the best experience possible.
