This client is one of the oldest police forces and one of the largest in the English speaking world. The force serves a population of over 7 million people and covers an area of over 300,000 square miles from 500 police stations.


Business opportunity

To upgrade the Kronos Workforce Central solution throughout the organization in order to drive new business transformation, a refresh of internal skills and knowledge along with continued internal long-term support.


Presence of IT joined the internal project team to lead the upgrade of the Kronos solution. Once complete the Solution Designers collaborated with the client to undertake a series of evolution changes to the system to reflect new and improved working practices.
