Jim Munoz – Managing Partner for Client Growth

Jim is responsible for continuing to expand Presence of  IT’s relationships with our preferred partners as well as developing programs and initiatives for acquiring new clients.   In addition, Jim is responsible for collaborating with Presence of IT’s global practices as we build and deliver additional value added products and services for our client community.

Throughout his career Jim has been focused creating and executing initiatives targeted toward company growth and profitability.  A major part of his efforts have been in sales execution and leadership with a myopic focus on client relationships and satisfaction.  Having worked as a practitioner during the early part of his career,  Jim has developed life-long relationships grounded on trust and understanding of the clients business challenges and opportunities

Andrew Needham – Managing Partner for Client Success

Andrew is responsible for continuing to expand the global reach of Presence of ITs’ WFM services by driving the company’s growth, further developing delivery capabilities and focusing on client success which has been a main contributor to the company’s role as the industry-leading innovator of WFM services.

  • Workforce Management – 17 years of WFM experience providing solution strategy and delivery leadership

  • Customer Experience Management – 2 years of CEM strategy delivery and growth leadership

  • Practitioner – 11 years of experience within retail store and enterprise operations management
    • Sainsburys Supermarkets (England)

In previous roles Andrew spent five years creating and executing the overall retail and hospitality strategy at Workbrain/Infor. Prior to Infor, Andrew has managed a wide range of businesses, from his own consulting company, a venture capital-based HCM start-up in Paris, to large global companies such as Hewlett Packard.

Prior to moving from England to the U.S. in 1996, Andrew also gained more than 10 years of direct retail operations management experience at J. Sainsbury’s Supermarkets. As a key part of store management, Needham later took on a corporate role where he helped launch the U.K.’s first online card-based loyalty program.
